What is the Wellness link on every page?
A one-tap door to rest and care: breathing, movement, gratitude and journaling — for mind, body and spirit. Free, private, always open. Crisis lines are at the top.
Does a Wellness break hurt my progress or multiplier?
Never. Resting is not regressing. Wellness breaks never reduce your rhythm and never reduce your multiplier.
Who sees my check-in scores?
Only you. Aggregates appear publicly only for groups of 20+ and can never identify you. Mentors see them only if you say yes. They never leave our servers, and you can delete them any time.
Is wellness religious or medical?
No. Practices are secular, science-respectful and educational. WEGAIN never replaces professional medical, psychological or spiritual care.
Is WEGAIN hours the same as government credits? No. WEGAIN hours are not automatically government credits, and we will never describe them as such until formal eligibility exists. Design for compatibility first. Claim recognition only after it exists.
